Solving the world's hunger for deep learning.
One question at a time — for companies, students and researchers, and philanthropy partners. One question at a time. Answers for companies bringing AI in-house, for students and researchers finding a way in, and for partners in AI philanthropy.
01 — FOR COMPANIES
Bringing AI in-house
Built on the lab's HDWA methodology — from a first workshop to a full engineering project.
Q1
What can DKAI Lab do for my company?
Several programs built on our HDWA methodology: accelerated AI workshops, hands-on AI trainings for executives and engineers, and full-scale AI engineering projects. Reach us at project@deepkapha.ai.
Q2
How do I see AI's impact and get management on board?
AI is the most transformative force since electricity, and the hardest to get a grip on. Through the HDWA methodology we help executives and engineers map every viable AI project together, so investment decisions rest on evidence rather than hype.
Q3
Which industry verticals do you specialise in?
Our engineering advice for machine-learning and deep-learning solutions is deliberately industry-agnostic. To date we have advised CxOs and engineering teams across healthcare, telecom, manufacturing and education.
Q4
How can I get my engineering teams trained in AI?
We build comprehensive HDWA training programs for engineering teams — from one week to several — and bring the lab's latest research into your enterprise, so your engineers work with proven, cutting-edge models. Write to training@deepkapha.ai.
Q5
How can we partner or collaborate?
We have collaborated with leading enterprises including IBM and Naver Labs. For partnership enquiries, contact project@deepkapha.ai.

02 — STUDENTS & RESEARCHERS
Finding a way in
For learners and researchers who want to build, publish, and make a difference with AI.
Q1
Where do I start with AI, deep learning or machine learning?
Follow a machine-learning track first, then move to deep learning. We recommend Andrew Ng's deep-learning specialisation on Coursera or the fast.ai platform, and studying open repositories — including the lab's own public code.
Q2
Do you offer internships or research collaborations?
We take on a small number of research collaborators and interns each year, working alongside the lab on active problems. Introduce yourself and your interests at research@deepkapha.ai.
Q3
Can I use your open-source code and published research?
Yes. Our research is published and our foundational code — including the 2017 capsule-networks implementation — stays public for study and reuse under its stated licence. See the Research index for the full record.
02 — STUDENTS & RESEARCHERS
Where do I start?ML first, then deep learning — Andrew Ng's Coursera track or fast.ai, plus open repositories.
Do you offer internships?A few research collaborators and interns each year. Write to research@deepkapha.ai.
Can I use your open-source code?Yes — published research and public code, including the 2017 capsule-networks repo.
03 — PHILANTHROPY
Teaching what we learn
Knowledge is an all-inclusive deal. How the lab returns it to society.
Q1
What is DKAI Lab's approach to AI philanthropy?
Learn, earn, return: we learn by doing breakthrough research, earn credibility working with enterprises, and return that learning to society through hands-on workshops — including in conflict-affected regions. See Impact.
Q2
How can a humanitarian organisation partner with the lab?
We have run field workshops with Re:coded, Think.it and the Hult Prize Foundation. If you work with learners who would benefit from hands-on AI training, write to project@deepkapha.ai.
03 — PHILANTHROPY
What is your approach?Learn, earn, return — research, then enterprise credibility, then workshops given back to society.
How can we partner? We've run field workshops with Re:coded, Think.it and the Hult Prize Foundation. Write to project@deepkapha.ai.
