The consortium meets at Steindamm 94
Two days, one office building on Steindamm, about thirty people out of a fifteen-partner consortium. Six photographs survive. They place the meeting precisely and say nothing about what it decided.
PANORAIMA met in Hamburg on 11 and 12 June 2026. The group portrait was taken at 11:45 on the second morning, outside Satellite Nine at Steindamm 94. About thirty people stand in it. That is most of a fifteen-partner consortium in one place, which for a project that otherwise runs on monthly calls is the reason to get on a plane.
An hour earlier the room was a long table down a window wall. Laptops open, a tablet, cups and bottles along the middle, trees outside the glass. It is the only frame from inside, and it carries no agenda, no slide and no work package number. What was settled in Hamburg is not in these photographs.
Real AI Ltd is one of the fifteen partners on PANORAIMA, EU project 101189934 under Horizon Europe, and Tarry Singh co-developed the programme and teaches on it as a visiting professor. Hamburg is the fourth of these gatherings in the lab's record, after Utrecht in January 2024 under HCAIM, Budapest in June 2025 and Naples in November 2025. Whether it was billed as a Worksprint, a management committee or a review is not visible in the six frames, and neither is the host. Steindamm 94 is a commercial office building; its tenant board lists msg systems and its sister firms, SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse, BELTIOS and m3 management consulting. HAW Hamburg is the German partner and the likely host, but nothing in the pictures says so.
