PANORAIMA in Dublin
The consortium took two working days in Dublin in January 2026. Real AI sat in the room as a partner, not a guest.
PANORAIMA brought its partners to Dublin in the third week of January 2026. The project is EU Horizon Europe 101189934, the Pan-European Network for Responsible Artificial Intelligence Multisector Masters' Programme, and it grew out of HCAIM. Real AI Ltd is one of fifteen partners. Tarry Singh co-developed the programme and teaches on it as a visiting professor, so Dublin was partner business rather than a guest slot.
The sessions ran in a flat-floor lecture room with a deep blue front wall and a lectern to one side. Phone GPS puts the room at 53.3565N, 6.2818W, on the TU Dublin campus at Grangegorman, north of the Liffey. More than two dozen people sat through it with laptops open and printed name badges clipped on. That headcount is the tell. A monthly PMC call does not fill a lecture theatre, so this was the face-to-face kind of meeting.
Two points in the day are on record, late morning and just after five. The room is fuller at 11:43 than at 17:22, which is what a long agenda looks like by the end. The badges were already on the evening before, at a long table in the city centre, so partners had started work on the nineteenth.
The folder carries 19 January. The camera only half agrees. Every session frame is stamped 20 January 2026, and the trip runs from mid-afternoon on the nineteenth to the morning of the twenty-first. No slide, banner or badge in these frames is legible, so nobody here is named and the meeting is not labelled a Worksprint or a review on the strength of the pictures alone.
