DataFest Tbilisi 2025: the agentic economy, worked by hand
DKAI Lab and Real AI backed the ninth DataFest Tbilisi and ran a workshop on day two, where about thirty people filled in an AI Strategy Canvas by hand.

DataFest Tbilisi ran from 27 to 29 November 2025 under the line AI In Focus. ForSet organised it. Days one and two sat in the Pullman on Chavchavadze Avenue, day three moved to the Stamba and Lolita. The opening put the sponsor walls up in order, eight seconds apart. Partners first: the UN Joint Programme for Gender Equality, EPAM, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the British Embassy Tbilisi, the Alliance of Democracies, autodraft, ibccs.tax and Social Innovations Lab. Then sponsors, Startupbootcamp and Cellfie Mobile. Then supporters, nine logos in three rows, with deepkapha AI Research and Real AI along the bottom.
Day one Tarry Singh watched. The main hall holds a few hundred seats under a steel grid hung with bare bulbs, and by early afternoon there were no empty ones. He shot it from the middle rows: heads, the stage small at the far end, purple wash on the curtains. In the foyer, volunteers in blue DataFest 2025 shirts worked a table by the lifts.
Day two was his. Just before noon on 28 November a side room at the Pullman was laid out with red chairs, round standing tables and a screen. The deck ran to fifty-six pages. Its second section gave the session its name: The Architect's Handbook for the Agentic Economy, a workshop series from DK AI Labs and Real AI, dated November 2025. The file had been saved at 06:32 the previous morning.
Almost none of it was lecture. Everyone took a printed AI Strategy Canvas, broke into threes and fours, and worked it through with pens. On round tables, on wall ledges, on their knees. Then they presented back. One woman took the front and talked the room through the section on screen. A man in a white jumper did the same with a page of notes in his hands. About thirty people were still in the chairs at the end, and in the photograph of them most hands are up.
The camera stops on 28 November. Day three at the Stamba and Lolita is not in this set, and there is no frame of the main stage with Tarry Singh on it.
