DSC Europe 25: two days of agents in Belgrade
Two days at DSC Europe 25 in Belgrade, where the roundtable card asked whether the future of the workforce is humans and machines, and agentic AI supplied the framework.
DSC Europe 25 ran in Belgrade on 18 and 19 November 2025. Tarry Singh chairs the conference. The directory board by the lobby listed the working rooms: Elytis Hall on level seven, then Nikola Tesla A, B and C, Ivo Andric A and B, Aristotle and Plato on level zero, with registration a floor below and a photo wall at the end of the corridor.
Day one started in a wood-panelled room with a projector screen. Aleksandar Linc Djordjevic of DSC and Vukasin Stojkov of Startit sat down for a session titled AI Ecosystem in Serbia. At four the registration desk was still quiet, three staff behind a table of badges under a banner that read Leading Global AI Event. Forty minutes later the same screen carried the words Data & AI Summit, Official Opening.
Then the theatre chairs went away and the round tables came out. A printed card stood in the middle of one of them: is the future of workforce humans and machines? How agentic AI provides a framework. Ten people sat around it wearing AMD and DSC lanyards, laptops closed, jugs of juice going flat. The frames run from five past five to half past six.
The second day belonged to agents. By eleven the main hall was full to the back wall, and the slide read Agentic AI: The Next Evolution in Enterprise AI, three boxes in a row for static LLMs, autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. A later speaker put up a checklist headed Should I build an agent. Down the corridor, in a room of thirty, a speaker closed on a slide that began AI amplifies, not replaces and ended with a link to whosangst.art.
AMD had the expo floor. Amuse 3.1.4 running Dreamshaper Lightning on a Radeon 8060S, the prompt box reading subway map of belgrade, output in 16.2 seconds. Slobodan Josic of AMD kept the task manager open beside it, 27.5 of 64 GB of GPU memory in use, chip at 37 degrees. HTEC recorded interviews in two orange armchairs under a wall that said Making AI real. Twelve sponsor marks were legible on the pull-up banner, one more cut off at the fold.
